Message bought my Z32, I'd have saved a lot money and time. You should educate first to avoid duplicating parts later. For example, if you buy parts to support the stock turbos, then later the evil bug bites you, and you want bigger turbos, many of those parts will have to be replaced with ones to suppor the bigger turbos, so some would decide to just go big to begin with. You probably don't have the excuse that your turbos need replacement, and you can get over 400 hp with stock. To answer some of your questions (most of this is a matter of opinion, I'm giving mine): A 60k service is needed due to the age, I'd include an underdrive crank pulley and an overdrive water pump pulley while you're there. JWT chip is the standard to go by, and should be your first mod. It will come with boost jets, which is a cheap way of boosting. If you want better boost contol, buy a boost controller. JWT also makes a single Pop-charger intake, most people say don't bother with a dual intake with stock turbos. Also, I think it's no lower than stock air intake, re water, (but be careful: a few of us have hydrolocked these engines). Exhaust: the new 3" expansion downpipes are getting incredible hp, but cost more, especially since people are selling thier super-splits at good prices to buy the 3". There are many cat-backs, Stillen might be the quietest, you'll have to read opinions. Put in a segmented lightweight flywheel while you've got it apart to do exhaust. Bigger turbos: Smallest is Sport 500, good for no extra lag (compared to stock), and about 50 hp. Cost/hp/lag go up and up. With any turbo upgrade you will need larger injectors. Go to new style, 740's. Intercooler upgrade is needed, again: spend money according to the level you want. In all cases, use known vendors from this site, avoid Ebay. You can check out used part sellers on this site, which makes buying safer. Mainly: read, search, ask, BEFORE spending money. Enjoy.
